Ownership Details
We limit the number of owners per horse, ensuring a personalized experience with an average of 8-16 owners per syndicate.
Contract
Our contracts run for a minimum of 12 months. You can choose to leave after this period, with one month’s notice. The contract concludes when the horse is sold or retired.
Payments
The upfront payment covers various expenses. This including the purchase price, vetting, bonus registration, sales house commission, agent’s commission, transportation, breaking in, and pre-training. Monthly payments cover all training expenses.
Share Details
Included in a share, is ownership to the full value of your percentage share. Including prize money, resale value, and free entry to racecourse enclosures. No need to worry about paperwork; we handle it all for you!
Pattern Race Performers
Offers are sometimes made during the season from buyers for our horses. These are usually ‘Pattern’ race performers. We have a tremendous record of buying horses well and selling them at the right time. Thus earning a maximum return for the syndicate.
